•  Orders usually take between 2 to 5 working days depending on your location
•  Orders cannot be opened or checked at the door.

•  Free Exchanges & Refunds

Exchanges and refunds are accepted free of charge in the following cases:

• Faulty or damaged items
• Incorrect item received
• Incorrect size sent

• Other Exchange & Refund Requests

• For reasons other than those listed above, exchanges and refunds are accepted under the following conditions:
• Requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the order.
• A 20 EGP handling fee plus shipping fees apply.
• Out-of-stock items are non-Exchangeable.
• Processing may take up to 15 working days.
• Refunds are issued via InstaPay only (no cash refunds).
• Items must be returned unused and in original condition.
