Zaid
The Operator (Operations, Contracts & Manufacturing)
Zaid is the ultimate fixer. While Mido is obsessing over the art and Biba is crafting the public image, Z is on the phone with the factory making sure the heavy cotton and gabardine shipments arrive on time. He is the one running the numbers, scaling the Shopify backend, and making sure the Meta and TikTok campaigns are actually converting at peak ROAS. He doesn’t just want the brand to look good; he wants a 2.5 million EGP revenue month. He is calculated, sharp, and always closing the deal.
